    I’m a resident of a flat/apartment and would like full fibre broadband. What do I need to do?
    In order to set up broadband in your building, we need your help to liaise with the landlord or managing agent. You can provide us with their contact information by completing the above form.
    Once I’ve provided my landlord or managing agent’s contact information, what happens next?
    We’ll contact them on your behalf and gain their permission to install the full fibre infrastructure. Once we have their permission, we’ll send one of our design experts out to survey the building. The design is then sent to your landlord or managing agent for their approval. If we get the go-ahead, we’ll send out a Fibre Heroes installation team to start the process within communal areas.
    What happens after you’ve installed full fibre broadband into the building?
    Once the installation is ready, you can choose an ultrafast broadband package that suits you, from a wide range of service providers at www.fibreheroes.co.uk.
    Do you require access to my flat or apartment to install full fibre?
    During the initial fibre build, we’ll only require access to communal areas, which we’ll arrange with the landlord. Once you place an order with one of our partnered service providers, they’ll need access to your residence to install the service. Your service provider will arrange this access with you during the order process.
